CNI Return Policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT, RETURN AND REFUND POLICY: If a CNI Sales Rep is unsatisfied with any CNI product purchased for personal use, the Company offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all unopened product that is returned in re-saleable condition (less shipping and handling charges, and any commissions or bonuses earned as a result of that order). Accessories, Sales Aids and Business Tools are considered a final sale and cannot be returned for a refund. CNI Sales Reps are bound to honor the retail customer guarantee if they have sold product to the retail customer.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION PROCEDURE:

  • To return product, an RMA number must to be obtained by contacting Customer Service via the Support Desk Ticket System, or by calling CNI at 760-268-0340.  The RMA number issued for the refund must be written on the outside of the box being returned. If products are returned without an RMA number written on the outside of the box being returned, the package will be refused and no refund will be issued.

  • Promotional material including, but not limited to apparel and brochures are considered a Final Sale, and will not be issued an RMA number.

  • Product returns received within 30 days of the original shipping date will be refunded in the form of a refund check.  If the original method of payment used for the product order was a credit/debit card, the refund check will be issued and sent to the person who paid for the order based on the billing information received during the initial order transaction.

  • Biz Pack refunds, and products or Rep Packages purchased during promotional periods will be pro-rated based on unopened products CNI receives back in re-saleable condition. All refunds are based on unopened products returned in re-saleable condition, and all returns must be received no later than 30 days from the original purchase date.  If an order is received back more than 30 days from the original purchase date, no refund will be issued.

  • CNI Rep Packages returned for a refund will be considered a resignation from the company, assuming the CNI Sales rep only ordered one time and has not been active in building a CNI Business.

  • A letter must be included with the product return outlining the request for the refund or product replacement. The written request must include the reason for the return, Rep name, id number, and RMA number.

  • All returned products are to go to the appropriate address below.

CNI recommends all packages be returned with tracking information or shipping confirmation.
